    You’ll be surprised at the variety! Ever hear of Peruvian sushi? or “cuy’?

      I’m assuming you’re referring to Ceviche? I’m pumped to try it!
      I’ve definitely heard of cuy. I actually had pet guinea pigs growing up–so that may be a tough one for me…
